Please be advised of the following: Your completion of the information necessary to obtain a loan payoff from Active Funding Group LLC (AFG) does not guarantee you will receive any payoff information from the company. By proceeding you are making an affirmative representation that you are LEGALLY ENTITLED to receive a payoff for the requested loan account. This means that you are either the Principal Borrower of AFG, or you are a Title Company or legal representative of the Borrower who has been legally authorized by the AFG Borrower to request payoff information. If you do not fall into any of the aforementioned categories AFG WILL NOT respond to this payoff request.
When ordering or ordering an updated payoff or VOM the turnaround time is a minimum of 2 business days. Due to our procedures, I cannot do payoffs more than 10 days from COE. As stated on the payoff all funds must be received that are listed on the payoff. Any and all releases related to the payoff of this loan will be executed and recorded once all payoff funds have been received and loan has been closed. Any refund (if any) will be figured and paid once loan is closed.
AFG will NOT RELEASE any security instrument or Deed of Trust UNLESS AFG RECEIVE 100% OF THE FUNDS AS REQUESTED AND DETAILED ON THE PAYOFF REQUEST RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY. AFG WILL PREPARE AND RECORD THE APPROPRIATE RELEASES NECESSARY AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED 100% OF THE PAYOFF FUNDS REQUESTED.
